General Policy
All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit. If a client chooses to walk in the same day—the deposit is waived. All clients have up 24 hours before their appointment to reschedule or cancel without losing the deposit. Due to deposits being nonrefundable, when an appointment is canceled prior to our 24 hour window, we will give you a credit/gift card for the amount of the deposit paid that will be saved onto your client profile for future bookings.
Important Note
Our business holds this policy to support our employees and their families. This policy protects and supports our employees so they are able to pay for living expenses, health expenses, emergency bills (etc) for themselves, their family and children.
