I enjoyed the service I received from my nail tech Inna! I found out about her advanced nail tech skills via a local Facebook group! She set me up with a Russian mani that looked very close to a picture I gave her of a two layer manicure and she added a third layer per my request! We had great conversation and she promptly offered me a drink. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. As I was leaving she gave me a rewards card and her business card and shared information about their specials and happy hour days on Tuesdays. I appreciated that because I wasn’t aware of the happy hour Tuesdays. Later on, I identified some issues with my final charges but Precious promptly reached out to me to resolve the issues. She quickly applied a partial $9 refund and apologized for some miscommunications around what was/wasn’t included in the price and the online pricing setup. I think her prompt action really speaks to her character as not only a business owner, but a human being. We need more business owners like her in this area that truly care and take pride in their business! I’ll be rooting for Precious, Inna, and the staff there and I look forward to enjoying a productive relationship with them in the future! -

I have been looking for a new nail tech as the last 3 places I went had me hating life with my nails. I read some reviews online and decided to just go in with no appointment. When I tell you Vanessa left me in Awe when she was done! She told me my nails were done badly before and started from scratch. Her attention to detail and just overall care for my nail health was amazing!!! I keep looking at my nails because they have NEVER been done this good. Needless to say, she's my new tech going forward!! -
